答：在符合使用更换标准的前提下，水探测型滤芯会极大的减少水杂导致的油品质量事故。但若滤芯检查更换不及时或者不符合标准规定，滤芯过滤效果会大大降低，此时仍会存在发生事故的风险。
答：根据实验以及多地现场测试的数据表明，正常油品环境下使用水探测型滤芯后，加油机加油速度几乎不会受什么影响。油品含水杂的情况下，滤芯发挥正常作用，明显的降低加油机流速，起到警示探测作用。水探测型滤芯除净化油品外不会对油品造成任何影响。
